Love aaj kal..

So I saw the movie Love Aaj Kal, and thought of sharing what I thought of the film.

The movie is a romance its a boy meets girl, girl likes boy, boy makes out with girl, boy sleeps around with girl, girl still likes boy, and boy decides to build bridges in SF, Girl still likes boy but she wants to paint haveli's in India. Boy and Girl break off, Boy still doesn't believe he loves girl. Boy gets advice from cafe owner paaji that when Paaji was a boy how he met the girl, how he proposed to her, yada yada yada .. boy gets the idea and decides to follow suit...

So thats kinda the movie in short. Overall Saif's pretty much in every scene, and he likes to hog every dialogue that he gets. Deepika looks good, acts okay. Rishi Kapoor is okay. The best part of the movie is the middle of the movie where the hero and heroine have a conversation. It reminds me of the movie "Before Sunset". There's a nice a feel to that part... parts of the movie really dragged. Saif as the young rishi kapoor looks good.

Overall a decent film, could have been better. Lots of moments with a lot of flaws ...

Where am I ?

Its been a while since I've blogged, and I guess its partly due to the fact that I was busy, and I was bored. Weird combination .. but still a fact.

So i've been tweeting fairly regularly these days, and I'm quite frankly enjoying it too. The model of twitter is so open, and I like that. What that has done to me is that it's again awakened the blogger in me. Not that I was any prolific blogger. So thats the explanation of why I'm back.

Clearly there's a lot to catch up over the past 10 months, and I'll try to be more regular.
So today's topic is Kickboxing. Why kickboxing ? well because its been around 2 months since i've been doing the Les Mills PowerCombat twice a week. Its been fun, and exciting. Its helped me gain good flexibility, and some muscle mass. I'd recommend everyone to try this out once.
